Employers are responsible for employee wellness.

This includes the definition of wellness within your organisation and the activities you will undertake to ensure the wellness of your employees is taken into consideration at all times.

This can include:

• Employee mental health & well being,
• Employee physical health and well being
• Definition of and policy toward bullying of any nature
• Ways in which your company will assist employees experience stress or overwhelm.
