Managers or owners will be required to catch up with the employee in a 90 Day Trial before the end of the trial period to give and receive feedback. Many employers do not appreciate the value of fully compliant HR processes – this catch up with your new employee will not only ensure your process is compliant with legal requirements, but it will also give you valuable feedback from a person new in your business.
Please ensure you have correct policy and procedure documents for every aspect of employee 90 Day trial periods – allowable only for employers of 19 or fewer employees,
