This is a template for employers to use for Policy Manuals.

Employers may ask employees to be examined by a registered medical practitioner, at the employer’s cost if they have reasonable cause.

This is a policy document that enables the employer to require the employee to attend a medical examination for an independent assessment. If this policy is in place and is compliant with employment requirements, the employee may not refuse to attend the medical appointment.
