Change Proposal Meeting Invitation Letter

If you wish to make any change that impacts an employee, you must go through the process of proposing a change and seeking input.

Employers may make changes to their business, but in the situation where an employee’s Individual Employment Agreement is impacted in any way – including a temporary change of working location, this proposal for change is a required process.

The first step is to call a meeting outlining the proposed change and this document is a standard template invitation to attend the Change Proposal Meeting. This meeting may be conducted electronically if this is required.
