90 Day Trial Period – Notice of Completion

Any Employer may use a 90 day trial period in employment agreements.

Please note you must also have a 90 Day Trial Policy in place and your trial period policy must be referenced in the employee’s Individual Employment Agreement.

Following successful Induction & training and on completion of the 90 days, you are required to formally notify the employee that the 90 trial period has successfully been completed and that the employment is no longer conditional on this clause of the agreement.

Adhering to fully compliant documentation through the entire 90 day trial period (and beyond) will save employers any potential headaches & reduce the risk of compliance related grievances.
