Managers or owners are required to catch up with the employee in a 90 Day Trial before the end of the trial period to give and receive feedback.
This template is a guide for employers to ensure they cover all required areas in pre-90 Day meetings with new employees.
Many employers do not appreciate the value of fully compliant HR processes – this catch-up with your new employee will not only ensure your trial process is compliant with legal requirements, but will also give you valuable feedback from a person new in your business.
Please ensure you have the correct policy and procedure documents for every aspect of employee 90 Day trial periods – allowable for employers of 19 or fewer employees.
